Make map icons more visible

I don't know if it is a bug or a missing feature.

TL;DR

When overlays like logistic network or wires are activated, a placed icon on the map is hidden by these overlays.

What ?

I suggest to bring these icons always in front and add a new button to the mini map to activate and deactive them.

Why ?

Icons are visible and can be deactivated to prevent them from hiding stuff
