Inserter stucking with items, and how to fix it.

Inserters have some problems with grabbing items. They ofter stuck with item in hand, or drop in front.

When copper train arrives to station, and "copper" signal is provided to filter stack inserters, but they don't work - they already holds iron.
Train accepts only copper, so about half of my inserters does not work...

THE FIX
Let logistic bots clear stuff in base.
Let them take such items from inserters hands and put in requester chests.
Let them also pick items from the ground, if there are requester chests with such items.

So now, every time inserter got stucked with unnecessary item in hand, nearby bots will solve situation...
