Hyperlinks in mod dialog

TL;DR
Make the links in a mod for homepage etc clickable

What ?
When I want to go to a page of a mod, after it has been updated, it is a bit of a mission to get to the right page in the forum, editing the link for post and forum no's. It would be easier if the home page etc links could be clicked, and your browser would open.
