Change 'ground' fluid tanks to 2x2 to match fluid wagons

TL;DR
Change size of fluid tanks from 3x3 to 2x2
What ?
Change size of fluid tanks from 3x3 to 2x2. This is similar to other suggestions here, but not exactly the same, unless my search wasn't good enough.
Why ?
- The tanks will then match the physical size of the 3 tanks in the fluid wagons, each of which holds the same amount of fluid as a 3x3 ground tank. So logically and physically it makes sense.
- Efficient fluid loaders and unloaders will be much easier to design.
- It would really help the factorio OCD community.
- More people will exploit the segregation capability of tanks on fluid wagons, enriching the game.

Wouldnt mind this either though instead of changing it make another? Could look like a silo type tank.

Or we could have a 2*2 tank that holds 25000L and a 3*3 tank that holds 56250L. Same density of fluid storage as the fluid wagon, more options for construction.

Agreed. Current model can be a "Big storage tank" with a 2x2 "Small storage tank" for easy connecting to rail stations. 'Though a small tank may have issues displaying the fluid level - not much room for that on the model.
