Changable options for inserters. How I see it at one picture:

At now we have only default options for inserters:
Pick from:
Priority
1st = 1
2nd =2
Drop to:
1st = 0
2nd =1
Good, but sometimes it's not enough.

Theres a mod that does this. I dont know the name though..
