TL;DR

When you get an achievement on one world it will not show up on a other world.

What ?

You wolould have 2 difrent achievment taps. One universel and One only for a specific world.
In the universe achievement tap you would see all your achievements you ever got on any world. This tap will be linked to steam achievements.
In the world achievement tap you only see the achievements for that world. This tap would also be resetable.

Why ?

So you can have the fun of getting the achievements on every save.

There's already separate achievements for modded but actually I quite like this idea, being able to compare saves by the achieves you, well, achieve
