[0.15.12] Can't shift-drag settings inside cargo wagon

This may fall under feature requests?
Middle-click locking the cargo slot in a cargo wagon can be copied from one cell to the next inside the wagon with shift-right-click and shift-left-click.
I expected to be able to shift-left-drag to copy to multiple cells and could not.
