Allow Fast Replace using blueprints

Currently if you put down a blueprint over existing structures, everything that is blocked by something already built is ignored if you force placement.
I'd like if objects that can be fast replaced instead are designated to be replaced, so a robot comes and places a express belt, taking away the yellow one, instead of having to tear down everything including lamps and powerpoles.

In the same spirit of making ghost placement through the map view, it would be nice to be able to place rotated ghosts of items on existing one to get a robot around there to rotate them, as again you currently have to tear down and rebuild them.
The same could be extended to ghost placing/replacing modules in assemblers. It would be nice to be able to upgrade your entire smelters to higher productivity modules with just placing down a few blueprints, instead of having run along all the lines, and possibly running out of modules halfway through.
