Reactor Control Rods

All that needs to be said about "what" is in the title. Now, the reason: many people are infuriated (me included) by how you can only change the reactors' fuel usage by inserters, therefore not allowing you to precisely control the reactor output. So, my suggestion is to add control rods to tweak how much fuel is converted to thermal energy per second. The control rods are to be tweaked by circuit connections, allowing those familiar with circuit stuff to maximize their reactors' effeciency.

This is silmilar, yes, but my suggestion is to have them controlled by circuit condition, while that poster is to have them manually placed in.
