Active personal construction robots count in inventory

Construction robots launched from personal roboports should count as being in your inventory. I think this exception should be made because it has a tangible benefit (logistic robots won't bring you extra construction robots every time you use your personal roboports) and no practical downsides that I can think of.

Hm.

Yes. The construction bots behave currently completely stupid because of that.

Situation 1: Usage of personal logistic slots/auto-trash to have always the "right" size of construction bots inside.
- Construction bots leave
- Logistic bots brings me construction bots, cause there are currently too less inside.
- Construction bots come back
- Logistic bots remove logistic bots

On and on. Makes no sense.

Situtation 2: When I "lost" a bot.
The situation: You drive by train and come along a formerly build outpost where still one lamp is missing.
- Robot leaves roboport and follows you in the train
- But inside your trains you're 5 times (?) faster
- Some times later when you left the train this one robot comes very, very slow
- Until then you have one construction bot less.
- But no chance to see that, cause the logistic bots will refill this one missing bot (see above).
