Feature, negative energy on burn-> selfrunning burnerdrills

Energy_usage can't be less than or equal to 0 in roperty tree at root.

I used this feature to have selfrunning drills of great power.

Think this feature are also related to negative pollution wich is a feature planned to have for pollution cleaner machines.

I do not know if this removed feature destroyed other things, but I did like that feature.
