Electrical poles wattage limit

Title says all, maybe it is a good idea to add a limit to electrical distribution poles. It seems a bit weird that small poles can transfer all the power you could possibly need. In real life, small poles cannot transfer 100 MW either.

I recommend to read that subject, cause it explains, how difficult it is to make a mass-caluclations per tick. In your case you need to calculate for each pole and there for all entities in coverage of that pole how much energy is flowing.

You want to limit the transfer per pole. There are two issues:
- What if I overlap the coverage area of a pole with another?
- What game-play-value is this: If one pole is not enough just place a second/third/etc. ?
