Statistics: unit-sorting by longest time-slot

The statistics (electric-info or production-info) shows consumption- and production-bars per item in two lists, sorted by the item, which produces/needs currently the most, where the top item defines also the 100%-unit for the rest, which are logically only parts of that.
Change this sorting so, that it takes the 10 minute (1 hour? 10-hour?) interval for reference only (or better independent selectable).
Reasons:
- For 10-seconds time-slots the sorting changes every time you look. This change reduces that and makes it more user-friendly.
- Same for the color-coding of the graphs.
- It enables to compare the current production with that from an hour ago: Is is rising/sinking? Rising means of course, that the bar can be more than 100%.
- The 100% doesn't change every second. The values can be followed much better.
Same is valid for the content of the the logistic network hover: A sorting by the 1 or 10 minute interval will help to watch the values much better.
