I like to have so you can prioritise wich requester the robots put items in first before another one. like I want a chest to be filled all the time but other requesters ask for the same items so it will take some before it will get filled op.
p.s. I have looked for a mod that does that.

You can already prioritize this with the circuit network. You can make the low-priority requester chests only request when the high-priority chests are in sufficient supply.

This is also an indicator that you should be producing more goods. Just crank up the assemblers that're supplying the chests!
