Storage Chest Conditions Feature

Hi, im new to this. Heres my suggestion:
I want storage chest to be able to limit what kind if item can be stored in them, possibly in the same way a requester chest requests a certain amount of item X. There are 2 possible solutions:
1. Once you selected item X to be stored in quantity Y only that item in that quantity can be stored in that storage chest. The item also gains priority to be stored in that chest until it is full, although closest distance first will solve that problem more smoothly i guess.
2. Make an placebo item holder named "All items" which enables all items to be stored, additionally to any kind of ones you might want to give priority.
Thats it.
Heres the problem im facing right now. If you have a logistic bot system all over your factory, you have no control over where certain items get stored, meaning the distances the bots travel are less than optimisied. If you store for instance coal from all your mines at a certain place but some factories constantly are located at the other edge of your logistic system the bots will travel forth and back, and forth and back, to constantly transport coal, instead of being able to transport them with conveyer belts and/or trains and than making hotsports nearby where you need it.
Isolating a logistic bot system is a solution for this, but in my book contradictive to the idea behind of being reachable everwhere in the first place.
I more or less made a wonky solution, which might not be one at all, but the main problem remains, if a requester chest inserts item X into a logistic system leading to a provider chest the bot will bring the item back to the requester one over and over again.
