Dynamic train schedules based upon circuit results

I'm not sure if that was meant with the "dynamic stations" that were meant to allow some sort of schedule controlling and were mentioned in FFF#138:
Example:
I've a delivery train that delivers some type of resources like copper plates.
If one station reports that it doesn't need copper then the train skips that station in its schedule.
Of course decision making only happens within stations when the train looks for its next destination.
Example 2:
My system does have enough copper at every station. Thus the train doesn't need to go anywhere special. In order to not to block the rail system, the train is being sent to a "rest-station" that's built where i don't have pass-through traffic. There it rests until the wait condition says "you can leave now" (would be something like a given station requesting more resources)
