For things that have an associated amount, such as:

constant signal values in the constant combinator or constant 2nd value slot of the decider/arithmetic combinator
requester slot items
auto trash items

allow the mouse wheel to increase/decrease the amounts when the cursor is over the icon. The current process is to click the icon, then to move the cursor over the scroll bar and use the mouse wheel.
