New player and loving the game. I am getting into more advanced tech but the game does not clearly explain how to use the new tech like logistics bots. I would like to see advanced tutorials that explain advanced technologies, how to use them, as well as advanced gameplay mechanics and strategies.

There is the official Factorio Guide, covering pretty much everything Factorio has to offer:
http://guide.factorio.com/
The devs are planning to include small interactive tutorials directly into the game:
https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-160 (scroll down to Finding 4)
KatherineOfSky also has a very extensive guide on Steam which includes factory setups and strategies:

You should however also be aware that these guides (especially Katherine's) contain advanced setups and for new players it can take the fun out of Factorio if you're already presented with finished solutions instead of finding out on your own how to effectively build a certain setup - kinda like a puzzle game where an optimal solution is already filled out for you.

The game want's you to try out the things yourself. The idea is, that you watch the things happening, you will see, how they work.
But of course: some things cannot understood without more information, for example the logistic network.
