I don't feel adding a third dimension would benefit vanilla, in fact it would probably even further confuse new players.

Nevertheless these are good suggestions. Nice pictures. That's 75% of the whole suggestion.

Pipes: I don't think they will come. Same as with the belts.

Cableway: See viewtopic.php?f=6&t=7977 Ropeway conveyor above the factory...
