[UI] Master volume slider

I, like many other people I assume, never just have one thing going on on my PC at once sound wise, be it music, a stream, or even another game. I'm currently using the windows mixer to manage my overall factorio sound without messing up my carefully tuned balance of the other sounds. I would like to see a master volume slider in addition to the three current ones in-game.

Actually I did search, when I searched "Master volume slider" nothing came up at all ^^ my bad though, guess I was in the wrong.
