Server Voting Challenge Gamemode

TLDR: A multiplayer gamemode, similar to the Factorio Team Challenge, where at the end, all the functional factories are voted for by the participants based on a goal such as "most spaghetti like factory".
I am currently loving the factorio team challenge server, especially the way it automatically does the timers, countdowns, etc. but there is potential for many other challenge modes.
I have seen a few people requesting other gamemodes
(https://www.reddit.com/r/factorio/comme ... ctory_cup/)
and an idea for a default voting gamemode came to mind:
The Idea
Each player has an identical plot and objective, just like in the factorio team challenge. After a certain time (e.g. 10 minutes) everyone who not completed the objective has their plot deleted and everyone is set as a spectator.
The time limit should be more than enough time to complete the not too challenging objective (a full belt of circuits or something like that).
Once the failed plots have been deleted and only the winners' plots remain, everyone is allowed to vote for the plot which they think fits the goal the best. The plot with the most votes wins.
The Goal
The host/admin decides on the goal, which is displayed at all times in the corner. The goal is different from the objective as it is the reason that your plot would get voted for.
For example:
The objective is to make at least 20 green science packs in 15 minutes.
The goal is to make the factory as messy and spaghetti like as possible (i.e. the Reddit post linked above)
At the end, everyone who has completed the objective enters the vote and the plot with the most votes wins.
To quote from the Reddit page:
Some example goals could be:

The gamemode would be a default where the goal can be changed so the way you try to build the factory changes too.The goal is to create the worst imaginable spaghetti possible that meets these production goals. The more abominable the tidiness and the greater the soup factor, the better. Creative use of trains, belts, bots and whatnot could shine here.
Some example goals could be:
- Worst Spaghetti
- Most symmetrical
- Least Belts
- Most area filled with functional equipment (long wiggly belts )
- Most functional trains (bearing in mind the plot is pretty small)
- Most Main-bus like
- Least main-bus like
- Most attractive to look at
- Least attractive to look at
