Two UI Changes

1) The error displayed when you try to put an item that does not belong in a locked toolbar slot is superfluous. In the vast majority of cases, I'm just trying to switch the item I have in hand. So instead of an error, put the item currently in hand in it's own locked slot (if one exists), an empty toolbar unlocked slot, or back in inventory (in that order) and pick up the item in the locked slot I clicked on.

2) Placing items while running is very convenient but requires two hands. For those of us with one functioning hand, how about adding a toggle key? Place the first item, tap the toggle key, and start running, putting down items just as if the left mouse button is being pressed. Re-tap the toggle key to turn off the behaviour.

Point 1. that's pretty much why I never lock my toolbar.
The way it is, if you use the locked toolbar, I think you're expected to press Q to return the item in hand before grabbing the next one. Which as you've stated isn't ideal for a person with only one functional hand.
