something against vandalism and trolling in public games

Surprisingly often my base gets destroyed by someone who just logged in to destroy it.
I do not understand the fun of this but i propose an option to report people who do this.
If many reports come in about the same person than this person could be banned from playing public games.
Hereby making public games more enjoyable for the rest of us.
