Higher tiers

There is a lot of mods that give higher tiers to things, but something for vanilla worlds would be cool. Some examples are Higher tier Logistic and Construction robots, they will cost more, but will be faster and can carry more items. Higher tier miners, that can mine more items per second. Tier two Electric furnaces, Oil refineries, and many other things.
