And or saveslots per "map".

Problem now is if i have a map with a friend and one solo map, if i play solo it overwrites my saves from multiplayer (thats dumb). Maybe make the auto save work per map. And maybe make it adjustable and i mean srsly. why so less saves? Do you want to save my 1tb..?? for what?

Suggestion:

- Add auto save per map
- Make it possible to change the time when it saves while ingame. At start 2 min is good, later its annoying.
- maybe let us choose how many saves to keep

Why not just give your save a name and you can have as many as you like?

Manual save at end of gamesession is the solution.

Then you can have any number of saves, limited only by HD-space.

I don't know why only the autosave_interval can be set in the game settings.
But you can also set how many autosaves the game should keep, in the config file.
In %appdata%\Factorio\config\config.ini: Dedicated servers can also set the number of autosaves, which will override your local settings while connected to that game (it will still save to the same files, eg. _autosave2).

IMO every world generation should have its own save folder. There won't be any save file issues like losing your save or not having enough autosaves.

You cant think of reasons this isnt enaught?

Its cool that there are manual options to archive this, but were here in the ideas and suggestions forum, this should be added to the game.
