[0.13.6] Blueprints Rail Jumping one gap when placing.

When you place a blueprint and then place a track say at the end of some track on the blueprint it skips 1 track. (normal behavior) Because normally it's a real track and your expanding it from there but here instead it's expands it off the ghosted track making it annoying to have to go back and fix each time.

Please post a minimalistic to-do-list, I read it twice and still don't understand what I should do or be looking for

Sorry about this my English sucks at times.
The issue is when filling in a Ghost Track (blueprint) it uses the first track (ghost) as a real track to start the new track pathing and does not fill it in. When doing it on a blueprint it should also fill in the track that your doing the blueprint in.

While this would be a find feature it's that - a feature - not a bug. It's also not simple to change so maybe for some future version. For now we've got a trello card to look into it for 0.14.
