Copy & Place to paste copied settings into placed thing

Extend the entity copy/paste command to place pre-configured entities/ghosts if the settings you last copied are compatible with the thing you just placed/ghost-placed. Only when placing directly, of course, not with blueprints.
So, for example, I place a Combinator, configure it, shift-right click it, then shift-place three more just out of reach, and the bots go and place them with the same settings. Essentially a slight shortcut to blueprinting the single item (which is now significantly harder, as it takes more clicks/moves to clear a blueprint!).
