Can you add the option like "Easy start" on the "Crate new game" screen?
I'd like to have like 1000 iron plates for the quick start, for example. And 1000 of belts, 100 inserters, poles, splitters and undergrounds.
It's kind of boring every time and not challenging to start with burners only to collect enough of iron for electric miners.

If someone likes that starting struggle, there will be the option there.

You can try sandbox mode for a while (new game -> custom scenario). There you play without character (fast scrolling) and you are also granted initial chest full of items.

I just tried it (two days ago).
First - it's not the same.
Second - there is not enough materials there anyway. I have to build lots of miners, get some stones, build some simple smelters (not steel), then automate some belts and inserters, etc.
