Goods of the two conveyor belt " painted " in different colors so they could be separated again. The new machine capable of distinguishing the goods painted each other.

Another proposition with smart splitter
In version 0.12 it's still possible by using splitters (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6008&start=290#p133106). In version 0.13 splitter behavior will be changed and split items like that won't be possible anymore.
BUT in both versions smart inserters can do the same thing.
