Electrical GUI improvements

Hey all,

These are a couple of electrical gui panel improvements I would suggest, just from playing around in it. (I didn't see these suggestions yet, tell me if I'm wrong.)

* Make individual line graphs toggleable. Makes it easier to focus on other line graphs. Clicking the icon (such as the electric furnace icon) was my first impulse to do so.
* Create a "Accumulator Capacity" graph. I would like to know this information, to see when my accumulators are reaching their peak capacity, or if they are in danger of running out if I add in some more machines.
* Add time markings on the X-axis. (ingame time: sunrise, sunset, etc. Out of game time is not as helpful.)
* Add "Average daily" and "Total daily" options for the production, consumption, and capacity graphs for those that are >10 min. I want to see the general trend, not each individual spike. Particularly bad on the 1h and 10h graphs, making them near unreadable.
