Moduls for inserters

add modules for inserters
fast and longhanded inserters get one slot
smart get 2 slots for modules

This mainly comes arround when you have longhanded inserter issues with them not bing fast enough and this is a way to fix this without being to overpowered
And when you "beaconify" the base the inserters cant keep up 4 beacons supporting a plastic with 2 speed 3

speed: increases the speed for the inserter
efficaincy: reduces the cost of the inserter
productivity: transports doubble stack size when the bar is finished

WIth productivity example you could create infinite resource loop;
Putting a lot of modules around just for inserters also feels like a micromanagement chore, if its possible with blueprints maybe;

I would suggest a completely different thing for next tier inserters, but thats not for this topic.
