Vehicles should glow a little

Tanks and cars should glow a little so that we don't crash into our own buildings while making deliveries at night. Perhaps we could build some glow lights for, especially, the tank which makes very sharp turns at low speed. You could actually destroy something with the tank by not moving other than rotating and because your tank does not glow it is quite possible to destroy a pipeline or a chest full of stuff. In real life the headlights would be enough to make a large area around the tank a little visible.
