Something akin to peer-to-peer mode but there are two groups of peers, one is more "peer" than the other, the 'privileged' group is actually a collection of headless machines or similar...

Please explain, what you want (*) and why that should be useful in your opinion...

(*) Sorry, but I understand only 50%. a "distributed dedicated server", could be anything...
