Orient factory when copy/pasting

Post by roy7 »

Here's a suggestion. If you copy/paste from one factory to another, and the item you are pasting for the factory to make requires liquid inputs, orient the factory to be the same as where you copy/pasted from.

Say you have a row of 12 factories getting liquid input from the left. When you copy/paste to the other 11, the input will be on the top and you need to rotate each factory manually. If the input direction/side would be the same as the source you copied from, that'd be a time saver in this sort of situation.

(Just so that you know, "Factory" typically means your entire production line, and not just a single assembler. For the sake of everyone understanding what you say, use 'assember' when talking about assemblers)

I agree with this sugestion
