I think It would be nice If you could biuld over water in the late game mabe place like concrete

There is the Landfill mod which lets you dump stone into want to make it into land.
I think that the roadworks mod has functional bridges as well.

How to Suggestions forum:

step 1: make short suggestion with little or no searching
step 2: get told that it already exists as a mod

OT: but yes, to build on water is something that is frequently suggested and something I want to be able to do in the vanilla game at some point.

I love ponies.

But in all seriousness, I also want that as a official part of the game, but I consider it to not be worth worrying about, since, unlike a number of other suggestions, this one is already modded into the game, as opposed to not even being possible with current modding API.
