Idea: Counting Conveyor Belt

I would like a one-tiled Conveyor belt with a digital counter that counts the IPM (item per minute) that flows through it 
Another idea is for buildings to produce waste which needs to be managed / disposed of. Dumping hazardous waste will mutate the aliens and make them stronger.
