Add radio transmitter to connect circuit networks over any distance

Radio transmitter can be connected to a circuit network and has an adjustable frequency it should operate on.
Any number of radio transmitters operating on the same frequency would just merge the circuit networks into a single one
(as if they were connected by a regular circuit wire).
Why?
1. To simplify building circuit networks. I've got a decent sparse train-based base and adding wires to each and every outpost would be a very tedious work and definitely not a challenge.
2. To give more flexibility with developing smart solutions that are a challenge themselves.
