Conditional toggle to disable "Logistic network" for connectable objects

TL;DR
(Unless done already, I'm not a modder - sadly) Add a toggle to disable and remove "Logistic Network" for things that can be connected to the Logistic Network, such as assemblers and inserters (etc); and disable it by default for surfaces that do not support the Logistic Network by default.

What?
See TL;DR and Why.
Why?
Certain surfaces don't allow Logistic Networks. Currently, without mods, this is only Space Platforms; this may change with modded planets/moons/etc. That's fine and all, but when it is impossible to place the Roboport, and therefore connect to the network, the button and tab for the network (for objects that can connect) is effectively pointless, and it's existence *can be* confusing to some people.
While it really only allows disabling/enabling of these connectable objects, the fact that it is there, but cannot be utilized on surfaces where the network cannot be created *may* cause confusion and/or frustration.

So, adding a boolean toggle to disable the tab and its button would alleviate - if not outright remove - this frustration.
Additionally, it would add a possibility for modders to disable the network's connection for various reasons and to various objects -- or possibly *add* a connection.

An alternative would be to have the network enabled by default on these surfaces, but unable to have bots used, therefore allowing the wireless read of items, without the belt-less transportation of them. (i.e. buildings can receive the information on how much of an item is stored, but bots still cannot be used).
