Let module selector ghost mode show AVIALABLE modules

This problem isn't caused by quality, but it explodes the second quality enters the game: the module selection becomes a nightmare.
Every time you remotely build something (or even to an extent in person) you have to quit back out, consult logistics to see what actual modules of what rarity, are available and then go back to placing modules. It would be so much nicer if it told you what was available in the current logistics network instead of just sitting there in ghost mode until eventually telling you a [1 entity missing the material for construction] alert.
