Max zoom out before going to the map view

The feature, where you could hold shift while zooming out and it stopping before going to the map view (and the reverse when zooming in in the map view) was recently removed, apparently intentional. It did interfere with scrolling through blueprints in a book, so it wasn't perfect and I can see why it is gone.
However now there seems to be no way to achieve this max zoomed out state quickly without overshooting into map view and then zooming back in until the view flips again to the details. This is highly annoying. Please add a way to quickly get there again.
We do have F9 and CTRL+F9 for two pretty zoomed in views, maybe add a SHIFT+F9 (changeable of course) for this max zoomed out detail view?
