Quality under pipe should give better distance

I know there's many mods, that increase distance with pipes. Now with quality, we should have this feature in game to build longer pipe distances

Belts feel okay to me, since we already get the longer reach as we move up the belt tiers. I wouldn't be upset if it applied there, too, but it feels less urgent.

A legendary green belt underground would likely have a reach of 16 titles, which might be outright confusing, haha.

Pyanodon niobium pipe reach is 32. But that's pyanodon. It feels much stronger to have, but wont remove iron pipes as mostly you don't need that long pipes in some places. Having option to reach longer can remove some bad spots where you really want to lay stuff. Having in masses to build belts/pipes in quality is really expensive. This option wouldn't be really useful till mid/late game. This longer distance can help in space platform, where space is limited. These quality pipes/belts would prioritize platform more than base(s) in planet.

I feel like belts and pipes are the one thing that shouldn't change with quality. If anything, I'd be interested in seeing longer underground variants, if not just to be longer, to cross under lava for an increased cost. Or at least, something that can cross double nuclear reactors :D
