Better reach for quality big electric poles

It would be great if the extended reach for big electric poles was higher than 2, maybe 4 or 5, so that higher quality actually matters for them, since the coverage rarely matters for big electric poles. Currently it feels sort of useless to make higher quality big electric poles.
