Combat robot lifespan should scale with quality

TL;DR
Higher quality combat robots should last longer than lower quality ones.
What?
Today, quality combat robots get better health and damage with higher quality tiers (though damage is
not listed on the wiki at the moment). In addition to these benefits, quality could also increase the robot lifespan. I'm undecided whether it should use the typical +30% 60% 90% 150% scaling tiers or 2x 3x 4x 6x tiers. Note that Distractor capsule lifetime was
buffed in 2.0 from 45s to 90s. For balance, maybe some of that lifetime buff could be captured in the quality system.
Why?
Considering that different combat robot types do different types of damage, it would be nice if lower tier combat robots could still be useful in niche scenarios later in the game. But the lifetime of Defender capsules is punishingly short in the late game. If you spend the resources and effort to make high quality combat robots, it would be nice if this annoyance would be ameliorated.
