As you know, by default, batteries with insurance storage are difficult to coordinate with solar energy, especially when applying global power grid modules on the ground surface. I hope the production team will adopt my suggestion. Thank you very much!

In order for them to implement your suggestion, you have to actually suggest it. You've given a vague description of a problem, but no explanation of what you want changed. Can you explain what 'insurance storage' is supposed to mean? And priority discharge of what?

This bad boy

can do anything you need, including this specific suggestion.
A small gizmo for controlling it, dedicated to reading current time of day's power output, is technically doable with some unconventional usage of a solar panel, an accumulator (to provide circuity i/o) and some buildable items with passive electricity drain (read: almost any) in a stand-alone power grid.
