Ice platform needs a shorter crafting time.

Aquilo is overall pretty great, but the initial setup phase is excruciating. It's basically half an hour (if you're doing it right) of making an ice platform production so you have enough ice platforms to expand the ice platform production. Only when you finally get the darn things to post scarcity can you actually start building on aquilo.

The rest of aquilo is pretty much fine. You need craptons of things like heat pipes and concrete but those can be made off world. Ice platforms taking so long to make just slows things down for no reason.
