Alt-Mode Arrows

When in the ALT-Key-Mode is it possible to draw the arrows for the inserters like in this pic:

(finer, bowed, dashed lines)

And is it also possible to draw fine arrows between every 5-20 tiles besides the belts where some place is? (like in the above pic)
The thickness or the number of arrow-feathers can show the speed of the item: 1=basic, 2=fast, 3=smart/express
