Enemy settings per planet

TL;DR
I would like to be able to enable/disable enemies per planet, the game-start-menu does not seem to support this right now.
What?
When creating a new game the player is given the choice to tweak the enemy-settings, but there is no option to fully remove enemies from planet A, and keep them on planet B/C/etc in the same game. Enabling peaceful-mode comes close, but it is still not the same since it makes enemies passive all arround. An "easy" fix could be to be able to move the enemy-base-frequency slider to 0% instead of the current minimum of 17% (the menu has sliders for multiple worlds).
Why?
I understand this is a niche request, but i would love to start up in a peaceful railworld without having to worry about enemies, but still have the full enemy difficulty on new planets.
PS. congratulations on your epic expansion, it already was a great game and you managed to add a all new layer of fun to it.

Yes that is what i am aiming for; a safe place (Nauvis) to make a huge production facility combined with a very hostile planet elsewhere where I have to carve out a safe spot.

I created and then deleted a duplicate post about this exact suggestion, pretty much!
I am a player who has, until the launch of Space Age, played with enemies turned off, and I purposefully haven't been looking into how the enemies on the new planets have been working, as I want to experience the new planets in a fresh way, so some of this suggestion is misinformed. Just thought I'd put it out there that it is misinformed on purpose, too.
The options for either No enemies or Peaceful mode are global (or, I suppose in this context it's interplanetary), but surely there will be some players who would want to have no enemies on Nauvis, but would want that to be a part of the gameplay on Gleba, or vice versa. So the suggestion to just allowed the Frequency slider to go down to 0% also makes sense.
So, with that in mind, I think it would be neat if you could also just set peaceful mode or no enemies on Nauvis and Gleba independently of each other, or the other planets too if that makes sense. Again I have intentionally not paid attention to how enemies or alien entities work on the other planets, but any higher degree of control over that aspect of the gameplay would I think be appreciated by some players.
