I can pin alerts but I can't hide or delete them?

I have several alerts. In particular, I have a few hundred entities on Navius that are missing the material for construction. Perfectly reasonable alert. But I can't make it go away. I know they're missing, but I'm stuck on Vulcanus right now and that alert isn't relevant to me anymore. I don't want to delete my blueprints because I want them built, but they won't ever be built until I get home and set up logistics.
