[2.0.11] Locked advanced qualities confusion

I have base quality unlocked, but not epic or legendary. I didn't realize epic and legendary were not unlocked with all the rest, so I just spent a bunch of time trying to assemble epic/legendary stuff. Only after staring at my setup for ages wondering why I wasn't getting anything but blue did I stumble upon a web search talking about the advanced quality tech tree stuff I didn't have.
I get why you are allowed to select high quality recipes and filters ahead of the unlock, but the game is currently far too silent on the issue. I nearly put this in the suggestions forum, except how hard I ran face first into this feels like it's tipping into bug territory.

Suggestions:
- Advanced quality tech gating should be mentioned in more places. The only place I see in the game currently are the advanced tech nodes. It definitely should be mentioned in the quality tutorial.
- The table in the "Quality" -> "Quality probabilities" Tips and Tricks should not imply you can get epic and legendary rolls unconditionally.
- Quality filters/recipes should have some sort of warning in the UI when you're using a filter/recipe for a quality you haven't unlocked.
- Perhaps entirely hide locked qualities by default, with a setting akin to the "Show all items in the selection lists" setting. Actually... maybe that setting should also just govern this?
