[2.0.11] (Super) Force build behavior

I love the (super) force build ((Control +) Shift + Left-click) function with blueprints.

Sometimes I want to forced build on land (to remove trees and rocks), but not on water.

There appears to be no difference between Shift + Left-click and Control + Shift + Left-click behavior.
I think the shortcut with Control + Shift should force on water, with only Shift should force on land and not on water.
